Your personal data are collected by Bureau Veritas Services, a société par actions simplifiée, having its registered office at 8 Cours du Triangle, 92800 Puteaux, France, and are subject to computer processing in order to manage training activities, in accordance with the execution of a service contract with Bureau Veritas' clients and subcontractors, and with Bureau Veritas’ legitimate interest for sending newsletter / marketing campaigns to clients and prospects.

Your personal data are intended for the employees of the Bureau Veritas group and of the subcontractors of Bureau Veritas which participate to the provision of the training services. They will be retained during the period of the employment contract for Bureau Veritas employees, during for year after last training course delivery for trainers, during 5 years for clients data, during 3 years for prospects.
