Objectives

On successfully completing the FSSC 22000 Ver. 6.0 Internal Auditor course, students will be able to:

Understand the ISO 22000 standard and FSSC V 6.0 requirements
Understand food safety management issues
Plan an internal audit against a set of audit criteria
Contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
Create clear, concise and relevant Internal audit reports.

Who the course is for

This course is designed for all levels of management and those whose responsibilityit is to maintain existing systems and is likely to be involved in auditingtheir organization towards meeting ISO 22000 requirements.

Familiarity with thestructure and requirements of ISO 22000 would be of benefit. Lack of this will not be detrimental to thosecontemplating, or in the process of auditing for ISO 22000 requirements.

Course Contents

Understand the High-Level Structure in ISO 22000:2018 standard, along with key changes and new requirements
Know the revised clause requirements
Gain insights into the clause-by-clause comparison of ISO 22000:2018 standard with its previous versions
The requirements of FSSC Version 6.0, auditing principles, and fundamental concepts
