Objectives
By the end of this one-day course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the purpose of well-defined and managed quality management systems
- Identify the systems and processes within an organisation which demonstrate quality
- Recognise existing control mechanisms in place which minimize risk and ensure quality
- Discuss the importance of audit to the internal and external workings of a business
- Practice aspects of internal audits using case studies and scenarios
Who the course is for
This course is designed to introduce those with no previous, or limited, experience of Management Systems, Auditing or ISO standards to gain knowledge and experience of quality management systems in business and to develop the skills to conduct internal audits.
