• Recognise the reasons behind Anti-Bribery measures
• Discuss the management systems needed to eliminate opportunities for bribery
• Achieve the required pass mark in the end of course assessment
Who the course is for
This course is intended to provide you with knowledge on ISO 37001 requirements and terminology and its relationship with High Level Structure management system and international/local laws. As an introductory course, although no qualifications are required to attend, previous experience of compliance, Anti-Bribery laws (international or national) and knowledge of the principles of management systems will be useful to aid understanding. Pre-reading for some of these areas will contribute to the effectiveness of the learning.
