The program uses a mixture of taught sessions, interactive group discussions and exercises to achieve its aims. The practical exercises are based upon the procedures, work instructions and could relate to many different enterprises equally

This program is beneficial to all the organisations regardless of the type and the size, which wish to prepare to implement the BCMS. The Heads and Officers of departments/functions representing production,support, services, IT, HR, Administration, Security etc would be the ideal participants. They may be the Implementer, Audit's or Internal Auditors.
