Objectives
Technical Workshop on QMS ISO 9001:2015 course is designed for, all levels of management and those whose responsibility it is to implement new systems or maintain existing systems, for all those involved in advising and auditing quality management systems.
Who the course is for
A basic understanding of the quality management systems and concepts would be an advantage.
Familiarity with the structure and requirements of ISO 9001 standard would be of benefit. Lack of this will not be detrimental to those contemplating, or in the process of implementing a system to achieve conformance.

- Review and interpretation of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

- Relevance of other standards in this series
- A detailed understanding of the new and changed requirements.
- An appreciation of the risk management approach to the preventive actions
- Several new concepts introduced in 9001:2015, their interpretation and how they apply to any organization
- Sample formats and templates for key activities
- Detailed understanding of Auditor qualification and competence.
- Hands on experience in developing checklists and how to use them in internal audits.
- Evaluation of delegates for effective learning of the concepts.
