FSMS ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor - Virtual Training Course

Objectives

This 2.5 day course uses a mixture of taught sessions, discussions and practical exercises to achieve its aims. The procedures, work instructions and data are typical and could relate to many different enterprises equally. The practical exercises have been carefully designed to focus upon issues that commonly arise during FSMS audits.

On successfully completing the course, students will be able to:

Understand the ISO 22000 standard
Understand food safety management issues
Plan an internal audit against a set of audit criteria
Contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
Create clear, concise and relevant Internal audit reports

Who the course is for

This course is designed for all levels of management and those whose responsibility it is to maintain existing systems and is likely to be involved in auditing their organisation towards meeting ISO 22000:2005 requirements.
Familiarity with the structure and requirements of ISO 22000:2005 would be of benefit. Lack of this will not be detrimental to those contemplating, or in the process of auditing for ISO 22000:2005 requirements.
An appreciation of the principles of HACCP (CodexAlimentarius) would be beneficial.

Identification and reporting of non-conformities
Verification of corrective actions
Role and responsibility of auditors

There is an examination at the end of this course. Delegates who successfully complete the written examination will be issued Bureau Veritas Certificate of Achievement and others Certificate of Attendance.
