This program is beneficial to all the organizations regardless of the type and the size, which wish to prepare to implement the BCMS. The Heads and Officers of departments/functions representing production,support, services, IT, HR, Administration, Security etc would be the idealparticipants. They may be the Implementers, Auditees or Internal Auditors.

- Knowledge of requirements of the Standard ISO 22301
- An understanding of the approach towards implementing the BCMS.
