Objectives
This course is designed for; all levels of management and those whose responsibility it is in maintain existing systems and are likely to be involved in implementation of their system to the ISO/TS 16949 or ITF 16949 standard.
Who the course is for
Personnel from other sectors of the industry such as Engineering, Food, IT and IT services, Aerospace industry may also attend as these techniques are universal and can be applied in any type of industry sector.
Course Contents
At the conclusion of this course delegates will have been provided with:
- A review and examination of the Failure Mode effect Analysis techniques as widely used in the Automotive industry.
- Understanding various terms in relation to requirements of FMEA Manual.
- A thorough understanding of Design and Process FMEA
- Familiarization of the entire process on the basis of a real case study
