This 3-daycourse uses a mixture of taught sessions, discussions and practical exercisesto achieve its aims. The procedures, work instructions and data are typical andcould relate to many different enterprises equally. The practical exerciseshave been carefully designed to focus upon issues that commonly arise duringFSSC audits.
Who the course is for
This course is designedfor all levels of management and those whose responsibility it is to maintainexisting systems and is likely to be involved in auditing their organisationtowards meeting ISO 22000 requirements.
Familiaritywith the structure and requirements of ISO 22000 would be of benefit. Lack of this will not be detrimental to thosecontemplating, or in the process of auditing for ISO 22000 requirements.
An appreciation of the principles of HACCP (Codex Alimentarius) would be beneficial.
