ISO 9001:2015 has been published on 23rd of September and it is set to change the way quality management systems are managed world over. Organisations who are already certified to ISO 9001:2008 Standards have a 3-year period for transition to the new standard.
This course is designed for, all levels of management and those whose responsibility it is to implement new systems or maintain existing systems, for all those involved in advising and auditing quality management systems.
A basic understanding of the quality management systems and concepts would be an advantage.
