Objectives

The Revised – Code of Practice (General Principles of Food Hygiene : CXC 1-1969) was adopted and published on the 25th of September 2020 by the ‘Codex Alimentarius Commission’. This HACCP Operational Guideline; is the most common Food Safety System adopted and established around the Globe. 

This Webinar on the Codex HACCP Revised Version 2020; shall help ‘Food Business Operators’ keep abreast of the latest changes in the requirements. The present version has additional requirements in par with the other established Global Food Safety and Security standards. Food Establishments can review their systems and reinstate a new PDCA; based on the latest requirements.
